RJ Donohue serves as the Customer Success Manager at Greencrown Energy & Water, where he plays a pivotal role in offering technical support to the team and acts as a liaison between customers and the company’s operational functions. In his capacity, RJ significantly contributes to Greencrown’s expansion in various areas, including Customer Success Management, Energy Procurement, Energy Analysis, Regulatory Compliance & Market Intelligence, Energy Conservation Measures (ECM) Management, Sales Support, Energy Management Software Support, and Association Partnership Sourcing & Management. RJ commenced his tenure with Greencrown Energy & Water in October 2021, initially joining as an Energy Management Associate. In this role, he closely collaborated with the Energy Management team to assist clients in achieving their objectives of reducing energy expenditure, lowering consumption, and advancing sustainability initiatives.
RJ is an alumnus of The Pennsylvania State University, having earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Energy, Business, and Finance in 2019. Prior to joining Greencrown, he gained valuable experience working as a Financial Advisor alongside a team of Financial Professionals, where he catered to clients’ financial needs. Furthermore, RJ has previously held positions as a porter in various high-rise commercial and residential buildings throughout Manhattan. In addition to his professional endeavors, he actively engages with his community as a member of The Ancient Order of Hibernians and regularly dedicates his time to volunteering at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center.
