Jessica Kelly is Greencrown Energy’s Customer Success Manager. She supports the independent contractor program, key accounts, and association partnerships. Jess supports many assets of the Greencrown team by providing sales support, energy analysis, and association partnership sourcing & management. Jess joined the Greencrown team in 2022 as an Energy Management Analyst. She supported the team by providing pricing, contract flow, and customer engagement. She also created processes for the sales team including association welcome packets and thank you cards. Jess planned companywide get togethers as well.
After graduating from High School, Jess began working as an EMT. She then decided to explore a new path and step into the Energy Business, though she continues to serve her community as an EMT in Hanover Township, New Jersey.
Jess’ experience staying organized, working under pressure and her enthusiasm make her a perfect fit for the Greencrown team. She is excited to be a big part in Greencrown becoming the nation’s most trusted and professional energy risk management advisory firm.
