Madeleine Arnott is Greencrown Energy & Water’s Director of Lighting. As the head of all lighting initiatives, she heads up all LED conversion projects and audits. Ms. Arnott has over eight years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Property Manager, where she focused on construction/tenant fit-outs. Her commercial real estate experience gave her insight to the unique CRE and property management world, which serves as a major asset for the team at Greencrown Energy & Water. In addition to her role with Greencrown, Ms. Arnott has successfully run her own certified WBE (Women Business Enterprise), R2 Spectrum, for the last five years.
Ms. Arnott is a trade ally for PECO Smart Ideas Program, NJ Clean Energy, PP&L, First Energy, and has expertise in several additional markets nationwide. From building audits, to lighting recommendations, lighting layout/design, installation, and utility rebate processing, Madeline is the foremost authority on lighting and conservation, and a valued asset to the Greencrown team.
