RJ Donohue is the Partner Success Manager at Greencrown Energy, where he drives customer success and serves as a key liaison between clients and the company’s operational teams. Since joining Greencrown in October 2021 as an Energy Management Associate, RJ has supported clients in reducing energy costs, improving efficiency, and advancing sustainability initiatives. His work spans energy procurement, energy analysis, regulatory compliance, ECM management, software support, sales assistance, and partnership development.

RJ holds a Bachelor of Science in Energy, Business, and Finance from The Pennsylvania State University (2019). Before Greencrown, he worked as a Financial Advisor and gained experience in high-rise property operations in Manhattan. Outside of work, RJ is active in his community through the Sustainable Jersey City organization.
