Greencrown Lighting Manufacturing Co., Inc. guarantees all products manufactured by Greencrown Lighting and sold hereunder to be free from defect in manufacturing, under normal and proper storage and installation, and use. All components, excluding ballasts, LED Drivers, LED Boards and Tubes are guaranteed for a period of two (2) year from the manufacture date code affixed to all units. Our guarantee liability extends only to the repair or replacement of the defective part, and no labor charges for correction of the defect by repair or replacement will be paid by Greencrown Lighting unless prior written authority has been approved.

Fluorescent Ballast, LED Driver, and LED Board/Tube Guarantee – Claims for defective ballast, LED Driver, LED Board, and LED Tubes found to be in within the component manufacturers five (5) year electronic ballast, five(5) year LED Driver, five (5) year LED Board/Tube warranty should be made directly to fluorescent ballast, LED driver, Led Board/Tube manufacturer through their local service center or field representative. In order to expedite legitimate defective ballast, LED driver, LED Board/Tube replacement, LED Drivers, Boards, and tubes are designed to operate within a specific temperature range which has been tested and approved for each specific luminaire. Excessive conditions such as areas of high heat, inadequate ventilation, insulation restricting luminaires ability to manage heat, or wet/damp locations must be acknowledged and confirmed in order to provide a luminaire capable of successful operation in such an environment.
